This project involved the construction of a cutting-edge gym spanning 21,000 square feet, complete with outdoor tennis courts and 4G pitches, located on the outskirts of Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Completed in just 40 weeks on behalf of Alderley Park Limited and in collaboration with GMI Construction, we provided comprehensive services, including:

• Overseeing all commercial aspects of the scheme
• Procuring all sub-contractors and consultants
• Managing project budgets and schedules
• Serving as the main point of contact for the final client and end users
• Establishing and overseeing construction contracts
• Compiling monthly valuations on behalf of the main contractor
• Ensuring seamless design coordination and managing various stakeholder/client specifications

Given the project’s close proximity to cancer research laboratories and security headquarters, an exceptionally close and hands-on management approach was essential to satisfy the diverse array of key stakeholders involved.
